In March, we delivered this full-scale production at The Peninsula, London for a supercar themed Bar Mitzvah. The event featured a comprehensive lighting setup, including flown fixtures, tower-mounted units, and integrated lighting built directly into the custom backdrop. The lighting package combined both white and black fixtures and included movers, pinspots, blinders, and more to ensure complete coverage of the space. A full sound system was also installed to provide clear, high-quality audio throughout the event.
We designed and built a fully bespoke stage, dancefloor, and backdrop. The backdrop stood out with a pair of custom 3m x 5m sliding doors, fitted with LED screens, that opened to reveal live performances throughout the night. The dancefloor was crafted from mirror-blue Perspex, while the backdrop incorporated an array of different fabrics for added texture and depth. Two large LED screens were seamlessly built into the wider backdrop structure to enhance the visual experience. Custom CNC-cut Perspex logos were used throughout the event spaces to carry the event’s branding across both the main room and reception area.
In the reception space, we installed a step and repeat wall and a large custom-printed backdrop positioned behind a Bugatti Veyron, which acted as a central feature and photo opportunity.
