This year marked our third collaboration with The Savoy for their New Year’s Eve Gala, where we brought the essence of Venice to life through custom scenic design. A standout feature was the hand-painted Venetian bridge, crafted by our in-house team to capture the city’s classic charm. Behind the bridge, we installed a large LED screen that displayed dynamic Venetian scenes, adding an immersive backdrop that helped transform the space.
We also designed a custom bar and a fully functional water fountain for photo opportunities. Each was crafted with the same attention to detail to fit seamlessly within the theme. To enhance the experience, we created a raised balcony seating area that offered unique views of the venue and a flown truss element above the room suspended plants and foliage, bringing a natural touch to the design.
Working closely with The Savoy’s event and floral teams, we ensured every detail was coordinated. Our full lighting and sound package set the atmosphere, tying everything together for a memorable evening.
The result was a cohesive, immersive experience that made this year’s celebration one to remember.
