M&S Summer Food Launch 2025
For the M&S Summer Food Launch, we designed and produced four custom food serving stations inspired directly by the campaign’s branding. Each stand featured a fabric-wrapped rear wall with painted strip detailing, yellow CNC-cut offset lettering, a custom serving table, and integrated vertical LED strips — a design detail that creates a consistent visual link across our M&S productions. Each stand was finished with a faux grass base in keeping with the summer campaign aesthetic.
M&S Capital Markets Event 2025
Returning for our third consecutive M&S Capital Markets Event, we delivered a full scenic and AV production across two areas within M&S head office. The main conference space featured custom oak slatted walls either side of the in-house 11m LED screen, with recessed LED lighting, backlit CNC-cut M&S logos, and dedicated front lighting for speakers. The second area continued the design with matching oak slatted walls, built-in LED screens for interchangeable graphics, and bespoke product stands for M&S to present their upcoming range to investors. The entire production was built over two days, working safely and diligently around the normal working day of head office staff.
M&S Capital Markets Event 2024
We were proud to be invited back for the second consecutive year to deliver a full scenic and AV production for Marks & Spencer’s Capital Markets Event in 2024. Our design featured extensive warm oak slatted panelling and a dynamic lighting design that brought the event space to life. The Roe-Ruby LED screen, custom-built into the set, provided stunning visual content as well as backlit acrylic branding throughout. Our team worked together with M&S to ensure that every technical detail met their exacting standards to deliver a flawless event.
Conference at the Belfry
We were delighted to be invited back for another conference production, where we crafted a bespoke set design featuring a custom-built backdrop with integrated, backlit LED screens from our premium Roe Ruby 2.6mm stock. Our team expertly coordinated lighting, sound, and a full AV setup, delivering a seamless and immersive experience that captivated attendees throughout the event.
Corporate at the landmark
For a recent corporate event at The Landmark, London, we created a refined stage and set featuring bespoke white backdrops with built-in LED screens, framed by sleek LED surrounds. The design was enhanced by a tailored lighting and sound package, carefully crafted to match the style of the event. The result was a polished, modern environment that perfectly complemented the high-profile, professional nature of the occasion.
Restore the Music
Working at The Biltmore Hotel, Mayfair, our team created a unique stage design for this charity gala dinner. Uniquely, the evening involves multiple school performances, both in the drinks reception area & the ballroom, with our team supplying all equipment for this, together with a ‘rock n roll’ style lighting show to match! We handled video playback and content, across our Ruby 2.6mm LED screen columns & plasma screens, together with a custom designed stage matching the design styles of the event.
M&S Conference
For M&S Capital Markets Day we constructed a large stage backdrop with built in LED screen, and bespoke oak-slatted stage fronts and monitor hides. We also designed and created a series of product display units. All different in design but unified through clever use of the oak slatting, curved backdrops, built in LED and extensive glossy acrylic branding.
Conference Production
We recently supplied full production for a corporate awards evening, creating a custom backdrop with LED screen seamlessly integrated, and colour changable LED tape within.
Our team created an intimate atmosphere throughout the ballroom with our lighting and sound, together with full video control and AV setup.
bbc earth launch
In March 2023, we provided a full production package for the launch of the BBC Earth Experience, in Earls Court.
The event took place in our 15x40m marquee, which was finished with panoramic roofs, custom draping & a sound and lighting package for the evening reception.
Set build for LBC
We built a custom white perspex set for LBC – used for a press conference. Additionally, we fitted custom built in LED screens to uniquely brand the set. Finally, we added a sound system and DJ booth for the evening drinks reception!
Together, the setup looked great on Global’s rooftop in Leicester Square – right in the heart of London.
Tab Church - Momentum
This year, for ‘The Tab Church’s yearly conference, we provided a beautiful visual set and video package! Specifically, we supplied a large projection screen & projector, together with a custom designed LED panel & lighting backdrop – adding subtle atmoshpere and a creative look onstage.
