Last week, we spent nearly 2 weeks on site building & dressing out one of our 15 x 40m marquees, providing a space for the evening reception for the launch of the BBC Earth Experience in Earls Court.
Around 700 people gathered throughout the evening, with Trevor Nelson & Shayna Marie DJing through the night. We also lit the marquee providing a relaxed atmosphere and ensuring key areas were highlighted.
The marquee itself was situated on the building site next door to the new attraction, meaning we had to raise the marquee on a sub floor, as well as provide ramped entrances & exits, together with covered access to toilets & kitchens, being built into and onto the main marquee.
