Taste of London 2025

For this year’s Taste of London festival, we were back at the Taste of Saudi Culture stall building on last years success, with a full-scale scenic and structural build. The entire structure was clad and draped to meet the design vision, creating a cohesive and immersive space. A custom food serving station was installed, supporting live cooking, ice cream, and drinks service throughout the event. Bespoke shelving and display units were built, including a central feature with recessed, backlit LED lighting. Additional elements included custom date display stands and large LED-lit screens at the entrance, each featuring high-quality images printed on Perspex. To complete the build, we provided lighting and sound to match the tone of the design and help bring a sense of Saudi culture to the heart of London.

A Venetian Soirée at the savoy

This year marked our third collaboration with The Savoy for their New Year’s Eve Gala, where we brought a Venetian-inspired set to life. The centerpiece was a custom-built Venetian bridge, crafted by our in-house team using various materials and techniques. We also created a custom bar, functioning water fountain photo opportunity, and a raised balcony seating area, all designed to tie in with the theme. A flown truss suspended with plants and foliage added another immersive detail. Working closely with The Savoy’s events and floral teams, we ensured every detail seamlessly came together for a truly epic experience.

Taste of London

This year, we were thrilled to build one of the largest stands at Taste of London in Regent’s Park. Partnering with Allure Events, we transformed a vision into reality, creating an immersive showcase for the Saudi Culture Commission to highlight the rich culture and cuisine of Saudi Arabia.

The set build featured a vast array of bespoke shelving and product display units in addition to dedicated areas for food service and shopping. The set included a subtle range of colours and textures with dynamic lighting to further enhance the atmosphere.

Enchanted at The Savoy

The Savoy came to us with a brief ‘Enchanted at The Savoy’ for their New Year’s Eve 2023 Celebration.
Our team worked to create a unique and visually stunning set design, with a bespoke forest arch backdrop, with LED lighting within, as well as a custom stage, dancefloor & bark styled bar with beautiful back bar.
We worked with their in house floristry team to create a floral canopy above the dancefloor, enclosing and creating an intimate atmosphere on the evening.

M&S Set build

For one of the recent conferences at the M&S Headquarters, our team designed the concepts, drawings & final products for 6 unique product stands, showcasing their new product releases to investors & guests. We created custom oak slatted fronts, tieing in the theme with the staging, and LED trims allowing eye popping colour and a consistent theme throughout.

Radio X Big smashing driving stunt

For a Radio X competition, our in house design team created a concept & build for Dom to drive a Mustang into 6 identical garage doors, which would smash, revealing confetti & one winner!
We created 6 truss arches with garage doors fitted, as well as a fully kitted out studio with flown lighting & a custom desk for the live show broadcast.

heart's make me a millionaire

We were pleased to return to Global for the fifth consecutive year to deliver the Heart Make Me A Millionaire studio set. Building on the established design, the set featured integrated ROE LED screen panels, LED highlights, a working safety deposit box setup, and sliding reveal doors for contestant entrances. The custom table was further developed this year to include a built-in shadow box, adding an extra layer of suspense for the broadcast. As in previous years, the floor was finished with pixel LED tape and gloss perspex, all installed within Global’s 7th floor boardroom at Leicester Square

An Extreme set build

We loved transforming The Grove, Watford – into this beautiful party! Our crew draped the entire room, adding in a custom bar & lounge area too! Together with custom square tables, the room fitted the theme and matched the colour scheme perfectly.
The stage consisted of a super high DJ riser, ready for the guests to party on our seamless blue & gold dancefloor!

Wimbledon Experiential

We created a fully bespoke solution for a live radio broadcast at Wimbledon, as well as for Vodafone to use as a brand activation space.
Our team designed the structure from scratch to suit the specification, with full calcs and drawings, and ramped access. We designed & built a full experiental setup inside, with a 4K display, LED neon signs, photo opportunities, phone chargers & grass flooring throughout.

Gangs of Lagos Premiere

For the Gangs of Lagos premiere at Battersea Power Station, we created an immersive environment with extensive custom-built features. Guests were welcomed by wrapped flats, including a striking step-and-repeat wall for photo opportunities. The space was brought to life with bespoke fruit stalls, wood-boarded walls finished with layered torn posters, and a large spray-finished CNC-cut sign that became the central focal point. Additional props such as a tuk tuk, along with carefully designed lighting and a custom neon sign, further elevated the atmosphere and captured the energy of the film.

New Year's at the savoy

For New Year’s Eve 2022, our team transformed the ballroom for their New Year’s party – creating themed red & gold sets, with a theatre style lit archway for the stage, and matching solo act stage. We also custom built a bar with matching backdrop, and custom painted ‘SAVOY’ lettering to finish off the look!
Our technical production with our white Robe lighting and d&b sound system blended seamlessly into the ballroom and added atmosphere throughout the night.

Radio X Live from the pub

For Chris Moyles’ Birthday show – whilst the pubs were shut in 2021, we built a full pub studio on their rooftop terrace. Complete with working beer taps and a fully stocked bar behind them, they presented their breakfast show live! Throughout, they made use of the dartboard and pub features, before Chris made pancakes with the help of chef Tom Kerridge.

We regularly work with some of London’s leading set designers, providing anything from custom built apple boxes, to full painted backdrop and set pieces.
Our work is in a huge range of studios both in London and beyond. We’re used to the tight turnaround times sometimes required & have a large stock of set pieces, with any custom builds made in our purpose made workshop, based just outside of London.
